Infection Control
Our office practices Universal Precautions in infection control. Our universal precautions are the commitment to control disease exposure from all to all, both patients and staff. We follow procedures recommended by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, OSHA. We attend OSHA updates annually.
We use:
Gloves
Masks
Autoclave all hand instruments and handpieces
Chemical disinfection of all counters and surfaces
Use of disposable products when available
