Financial Arrangements
We welcome patients with and without dental insurance. The staff will work with you to develop a treatment plan that will satisfy your needs and fit your budget. With each treatment you will receive an itemized statement listing dental procedures performed.
We request payment on the day services are rendered. For your convenience we accept checks and credit cards, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. For larger cases we also offer Care Credit.
If you have dental insurance, we will file your dental claim on your behalf at the time of service in order to assist you in receiving reimbursement from your insurance company. For larger pre-planned insurance claims, we do consider accepting payment directly from your insurance company with your balance due at treatment.
We do not take HMO/DMO capitation plans. We are not involved with any insurance that require you chose a dentist from a list of contracted dentists.
