With each treatment, you will recieve an itemized statement listing dental procedures performed. We request payment on the day services are rendered. For your convenience we accept checks and credit cards ~ MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.

If you have dental insurance, we will file your dental claim on your behalf at the time of service in order to assist you in recieving reimbursement from your insurance company. For larger pre-planned insurance claims, we do consider accepting payment directly from your insurance company.
